Return & Refund 

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for Hippotoys' online business in India, focusing on refunds, returns, and exchanges.

 

Defects and Damages

Please contact us as soon as possible at customer@hippotoys.in or whatapp at +91 9650555604 with your order details, as well as photos and a description of the issue if you believe there is a problem with your order. As a result, we will be able to properly assess the issue and work towards resolving it.

Return Policy

Within 30 days of delivery, Hippotoys accepts returns as long as a proof of purchase can be provided, and the return is a new, unused item. Rattle sets cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

 

Refund Process

Your return will be inspected once it has been received to ensure that all conditions have been met. You will receive a refund for the total cost of the item(s) returned via the original payment method. Upon receiving your return, the refund process can take up to 10 business days. 

 

Exchanges

Traditional exchanges are not available. It is recommended that you return the item(s) and order your choice as soon as possible.

 

Organizing a Return

Returns sent without prior communication will be forfeited.​
